The development of complex antenna systems is a major strength item at IMST. Our experts have tens of years of experience designing customized antennas, ranging from systems with a small number of transmitters and receivers to very large arrays with hundreds of reception and transmission channels. The fruitful synthesis of industrial development projects and innovative research projects allows us to provide extremely efficient solutions for our customers. IMST provides:

IMST services cover the complete development chain for complex antenna array design. We provide customized, cutting-edge solutions that meet our customers’ needs. Our FDTD-based EM field solver EmpireTM allows us to accurately simulate and optimize the complete RF frontend, including feeding networks, mechanical parts and radomes. We manufacture prototypes either in-house or with the assistance of our external supply partners. Different technologies are at our disposal to simultaneously optimize the antenna properties and reduce costs. Technologies include soft substrates (PTFE), ceramics (LTCC) or metallised plastic injected moulds. The performance of the antenna systems are characterized in our accredited measurement facilities.
